Deena Collins, Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Yoga Instructor
Ms. Collins is a Certified Reiki Master, and has been involved in the study and practice of Reiki for almost a decade. She is a graduate of the New York College of Health Professions with her major in Massage Therapy and has received certification as a Hatha Yoga Assistant Teacher; she is also a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Technology.
Beginning with a ten-year period of study to greater spiritual growth, her path led her to gifted Masters like Reverend Bertha Lopez, Yoruba Priestesses Gay Ericson and Yvette Martinez and Reiki Master, Reverend Michael Carter. The connection to Reiki Master, Reverend Michael Carter resulted in her Reiki Master/Teacher Certification. The success of the Reiki practice encouraged Ms Collins to seek further education in field of Alternative Medicine and in January 2008 she became a student of Massage Therapy at The New York College of Health Professions.
Alternative Medicine is a destination of sorts for Ms. Collins where she has already achieved her mission which is, “to be an instrument of peace and healing”. She is dedicated to a Holistic approach for the integration of the whole body, mind and spirit dynamic.
Giselle King, Licensed Massage Therapist
Giselle King (L.M.T) is an experienced clinical massage therapist and healer who strives to treat clients holistically. She hails from Trinidad, West Indies, but completed her training at The Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy in New York City in 2003. After earning her license, Giselle practiced and still practices in New York City and has provided services and created massage therapy programs for a wide demographic including organizations such as the UNFCU (United Nations), the dancers of the Alvin Ailey Dance School, and the US Open Women’s Tennis Association.
Along with providing services to her regular clients, Giselle has worked at clinics and physical therapy centers where she has performed manual muscle testing and postural imbalance assessment. She has also treated pain due to injury or stress, headache, whiplash, tension-related respiratory conditions, cardiovascular conditions, and temporomandibular joint syndrome. Giselle has an extensive knowledge of clinical massage, including medical massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and trigger point therapy. She is also knowledgeable in and has practiced Swedish massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, hot stone therapy, Shiatsu, and chair massage. Giselle has further qualifications in Myofascial Release Techniques and a certification in Thai massage. In all, Giselle provides clients with a holistic wellness experience focused on stress relief, pain management, health maintenance, and client education.
Leela M. Southworth, Licensed Medical and Therapeutic Massage Specialist
Leela M. Southworth, a dedicated and professional Massage Therapist, is nationally certified (NCBTMB) and licensed in the states of New York and Hawaii, and has over eight years of experience working with diverse clientele, employing the highest standard of ethical behavior while establishing mutual trust with clients and patients to administer effective treatment.
After graduating from Marymount Manhattan College in 2000, Leela moved to Hawaii to study massage therapy, then returned to New York City, where she continued her studies, becoming nationally certified and licensed in the State of New York.
Leela’s expertise includes the following modalities: Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish technique, Shiatsu, Muscle Energy Technique, Trigger Point Therapy, SOAP note formatting, Neurolinguistic Programming, Regional Orthopedic Testing, and Medical Massage Therapy. For the past four years she has been working at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Medical Center in the Integrative Medicine Program, which was founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz, an internationally known cardiologist. The Massage Therapists in the Integrative Medicine Program provide Medical and Therapeutic Massage to the Cardiology patients before and after various types of surgery.

Ann Marinucci, Licensed Massage Therapist
Ann Marinucci is a licensed massage therapist that believes in allowing yourself time to be a humanbeing, not just a human “doing”. She developed an interest in the field of body work from her siblings, one a physical therapist, the other a registered nurse. Influenced by that familial sense of creating a balanced lifestyle and helping others to the same, Ann sought out an outlet to practice that mantra.
After graduating from the Swedish Institute and obtaining her license to practice, Ann established her own private practice, specializing in Shiatsu and Reflexology. Most of her work is centered on helping her clients find that balance of work and rest through Eastern theory and body work.

Patience Ogbonna, Licensed Massage Therapist
Patience Ogbonna is a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist. She began her massage therapy training in Williamsvile, Buffalo, NY where she graduated in 2009 from the New York Institute of Massage Therapy and became certified in 2010. With over 1500 hours of massage training, she is also fluent in trigger point, hot and cold therapy, Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, stretching exercise and lymphatic drainage. She has worked closely with chiropractors, physical therapst and have experience doing on-site corporate massage and medical massage. Her clients appreciate her firm, strong touch, her intuition, and her specific knowledge of the human anatomy.
She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and also that massage therapy as being one of the many paths to restoring health and wholeness to the body. She is also a strong supporter of self care. Her continuing education plans include the completion of craniosacral therapy training and certification in pregnancy and infant massage.
In addition to massage, she enjoys cooking, reading, and exercise. Her areas of independent study and interest include herbs and nutrition.
