Jade Kristy
Jade is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) – Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. Originally from South Florida, Jade has always been a fitness fanatic, having had her very first gym membership at the age of 14! She attended the University of Florida where she received a Bachelor’s degree in the field of science, and went on to graduate school in business.
Jade has hundreds of hours of experience training clients both in a gym and private client setting. In 2008, she co-founded TotalBodyFit in order to bring fitness to people’s doorstep.
Her special talent is ensuring that fitness is fun as she injects creativity and heart into each program she creates for her clients. Her philosophy is that by removing the intimidation factor, exercise becomes fun, a great stress reliever, and an activity to look forward to.

Abigail Borod, Fitness Coach
Abigail Borod is a back-to-basics certified personal trainer, who demonstrates that all you need is the right attitude to succeed in your fitness goals, yielding contemporary equipment almost unnecessary. She brings the boot-camp style to the forefront of your workout, and guarantees that if you commit to the program you will see and feel the results. Amelia Munro, Fitness Coach
Trainer Amelia Munro is all about balance. Whether it be in your physical fitness or life in general. She has studied tap, jazz, ballet (certified in the Ceccetthi Method), pointe, lyrical, modern, and hip-hop for over 20 years. She went to school for dance and politics at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. During her time she was certified in a 500 hour yoga certification program. She has been teaching dance and yoga from the time she was 12 and has taught at ballet intensives and conservatories.
Currently a NASM certified and EFTI (Equinox Fitness Institute) trainer, Amelia loves to work and help people reach their fitness goals in a healthy and balanced way!
Anthony Bagnetto, Fitness Coach
Anthony Bagnetto graduated from the University of Rochester with a double BA in Psychology and English, has been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer since 2001 and training clients of all ages and abilities in and around NYC since then. {But his fitness lifestyle began at the much younger age of 7 with swim lessons and continued further when he began familiarizing himself with the gym and strength training at age 14. Since then he was a competitive swimmer and diver throughout college and now} is a dedicated runner and triathlete. Participating in 8-12 races during the season, he is competing in his first Ironman Triathlon in Sept ’10.

Hilary McLemore, Fitness Coach
Do you consider yourself a special needs client due to pregnancy, poor mobility/injury or are simply intimidated by the gym/trainer experience? Hilary McLemore is a NASM certified personal trainer specialized in such needs. She has experience training the elderly population, allowing senior citizens to remain strong, mobile, and independent. Another of Hilary’s specialties is pre-natal and post-partum training, which prepares pregnant women for labor and delivery, and provides a speedy recovery after the birth. She can also design programs for those who are new to working out and need that extra touch of gentle motivation to get started.
Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts (History) from the University of North Florida and grew up as a competitive swimmer in Tallahasse, FL, so she continues to coach swimming as well. Hilary’s main goal is to give each client the necessary skills to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. When working out with her, there is never a dull moment!
Teri Casamassine, Fitness Coach
After years of experimenting with every exercise fad involving hi impact aerobics and heavy lifting left her with shoulder, neck and hip injuries, Teri decided to pursue an education in exercise science and obtain a personal training certification from the American College of Sports Medicine.
In this way she was able to heal her body and her success encouraged her to explore the benefits of yoga in order to further improve her body, transform her mind and extend the benefits to her clients as well.
Years of continuing anatomy studies insure that her clients and students are led through sessions that are safe and therapeutic.
Her previous career as an interior designer, her passion for classical dance and 23 years of Buddhist studies influence her approach to theme based sequences which leave students feeling stress free and spiritually uplifted.
Darren Turner, Fitness Coach
Darren is a true believer in the importance of physical activity, with a passion for helping others live a healthier lifestyle. Growing up, Darren struggled with weight and hypertension at a very young age. After beginning a physcial exercise program and eating healthier in college, he changed his health for the better, and was inspired to do the same for others. Coming from a place of personal experience, he is especially helpful for those who may need more gentle guidance on their path to wellness including older people, those recovering from illness, or those who may be turned off by the stereotypical drill sargeant -type trainer.
A recreational boxer, basketball player and swimmer, Darren can equally work with athletes as well on increasing speed, cutting weight or building muscle for a specific sport.
In short, he is a well-rounded trainer who is constantly seeking new development and knowledge in the fitness world, and has a unique approach that is adaptable to a variety of client goals. Currently an AFAA certified trainer, Darren is continuing his studies by pursuing a prestigious CSCS certification from NSCA (National Sports Conditioning Association).

Michael Arkous, Fitness Coach
Michael Arkous is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer from Brooklyn, New York. Years ago, Michael was overweight, inactive, unconditioned and unhealthy, weighing about 330 pounds. Since then he has worked extremely hard to naturally lose over 100 pounds, and thanks to consistent hard work, proper diet, dedication and patience, he surprised himself and all of his family and friends.
He decided to dedicate his life to help people achieve their fitness goals. This important part of Michael’s experience allows him to relate to clients on a personal level because he truly knows what it takes to get results, and now he has the scientific knowledge and certification to enhance, strengthen, and improve upon that. Michael trains his clientele in Corrective Exercise fundamentals, Cardiovascular, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Resistance Training and Weight Loss Management.
Brian Morris, Fitness Coach
Brian Morris is a personal trainer & clinical exercise specialist certified by the American Council of Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also certified in adult C.P.R. He holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Brian Morris has a B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Financial Management.
Tyesha Roman, Fitness Coach

Tyesha is the trainer for those who want to understand the ‘why’ behind the workout, by describing the physiologic goal and targeted anatomy of each move. An extremely attentive trainer, she uses both verbal and visual cueing, which will ensure you perform each move safely, correctly, and for maximal efffectiveness. Dawn Olsen, Certified Therapeutic Yoga Instructor
Dawn is a certified 200 hour RYT Vinyasa and Therapeutic yoga instructor. Her professional training took place at Joschi Yoga, NYC & The Integral Yoga Institute. Her group classes are a flowing sequence of asanas (poses) with particular attention to the integration of breath, movement and awareness. This liberating flow of sequences aims at achieving a steady balance between flexibility and strength, by holding on and letting go.
