TotalBodyFit Special Events

We believe that wellness means health of not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. This is why TotalBodyFit invites practitioners in various healing fields to present to our clientele. Past events have featured lectures from chiropractors, NLP/hypnosis therapists, life coaches, nutritional kinesiologists, and even an interactive healthy cooking lesson with a gourmet chef. In 2010 we will be launching a yoga retreat and other special programming.
Special events occur once every two months. Pricing varies depending on the type of event and what is included. Discounts are available for multiple ticket purchases, as we encourage attending with a friend or loved one.
