Angie Andrade, Lead Nutrition Coach and Co-Owner
Angie Andrade is a New York based Certified Holistic Health Counselor. She graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has been building her nutritional counseling practice as well as integrating Pilates and other body healing technique. Angie’s personal nutritional philosophy is based on the concept of bio-individuality. Nutrition should be tackled according to the unique characteristics of the individual, such as ethnicity, blood type, and activity levels. She also bases her healing practice on numerous dietary theories.
Angie co-founded TotalBodyFit in 2008, in the hopes of bringing her message to a larger audience by conducting the health counseling right in the client’s home or resident lounge. She leads TotalBodyFit’s nutrition workshops and cooking events, and is available for one on one nutritional counseling.
Valerie DeClerico, Nutrition Coach
Valerie DiClerico is a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. She studied holistic health coaching at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, learning various dietary theories and tactics for improving health and happiness in her clients and herself. Valerie’s coaching style is very practical, taking into account each client’s individual needs and lifestyle.
Valerie’s journey began more than five years ago while struggling with her own digestive problems related to a then, undiagnosed food allergy. Through the process of of healing herself, Valerie came to understand that food changes everything. Her education at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition solidified and expanded upon this understanding.
Melinda Beaulieu, Nutrition Coach and Whole Foods Chef
Melinda Beaulieu is a nutritionist, whole foods chef, raw food educator, and certified vinyasa yoga teacher. She firmly believes that a marriage of both nutrition information, regular exercise, and also the ability to cook for oneself is needed to achieve and maintain good health.
She received her Chef’s training at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City, and attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, also in New York City where she studied holistic nutrition. She trained in Spain to become a certified vinyasa yoga teacher and has also taken classes in herbalism.
