“After multiple back injuries and long PT treatments I was frustrated with my overall physical conditioning. My orthopedist gave me a 52-page trunk stabilization regimen to follow and I cowered under the weight of that demand.  I asked Christine if she would be able to read through the exercises and help me to create a regimen where I was doing the exercises correctly and preventing further injuries while strengthen core to avoid surgery.  Christine was enthusiastic and positive in her approach to my exercise and rehab.  When one or another body part failed she would easily and quickly adapt the exercises so as not to strain my injuries.  She never was discouraged and therefore neither was I.  I eventually worked my way up to playing golf again and have great outlook on exercise as a blessing and not a chore.”Laura, Personal Training Client

“Christine Jones has been my personal trainer for 3 years now.  Christine has done an exceptional job with working my body out. Her training with you rarely involves machines.  She does a lot of exercises challenging your own body weight. She has taught me so much about working out.  Balance and stretching is a very important factor for working out in her routine.   She is very knowledgeable in the body and what exact muscles need to be targeted.  I highly recommended her as a personal fitness trainer. She is always reliable, on time, and focused on maintaining a great fit body. Thank you.”Ann S., Personal Training Client.
